When you leave a message, please be sure to give your child's full name, grade level, and a phone number where you can be reached.
We provide the following services to parents, students and staff:
- Parent conferences (may include student, teacher and counselor)
- Student conferences (may include parent, teacher and counselor)
- Individualized Graduation Plan (IGP); also known as a grad check.
- College and scholarship information
- Support with discipline issues, attendance problems, and progress reports
- Providing information on credit recovery programs to make up classes where a Fail or D was earned. (STAR 17, Tutoring, Summer School, Adult School, Credit Recovery after school, etc.)
- Mental Health support on and off campus (referrals available with Hathaway-Sycamore and Clinic on Wheels)
- Homeless & Foster Youth support and resources
- Support to all students dealing with bullying and harassment.

Take some time to read and learn about what you must consider during your high school years and how to plan for college and/or your future career. Communication with your parents, counselors and teachers is crucial. Remember that your counselor is also a great resource and can double check your 4 year graduation plan.

TPA is pleased to announce that NAVIANCE is available for all high school students. Students will also get a personalized to do list that will guide them through the planning process. Even 9th grade students can get a head start. Your counselor will provide you with additional information on how to create your account.
